The Power of Positive Thinking : ウィキペディア英語版
Norman Vincent Peale

Norman Vincent Peale (May 31, 1898 – December 24, 1993) was a minister and author (most notably of ''The Power of Positive Thinking'') and a progenitor of "positive thinking". His ideas were not accepted by mental health experts.〔Park, Robert L. (2009). ''Superstition: Belief in the Age of Science''. Princeton University Press. p. 127. ISBN 978-0-691-13355-3 "Peale’s self-hypnosis technique was heavily criticized by mental health experts, who warned that it was dangerous. Critics denounced him as a con man and a fraud. As a minister, however, Peale was spared from any requirement to prove his assertions."〕
